When will my order ship?

In-stock items ship within 1–3 business days

Pre-orders will have estimated shipping dates in the product description.

You will receive an email when your order is fulfilled. Check your spam folder if it’s been longer than 4 days and you have not received one.

How much is shipping?

Bookmarks & stickers ship free when ordered by themselves!

All other items have flat-rate shipping based on weight.

Orders $50+ ship free automatically.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! If you're in the Charlotte, NC area, message me before checking out for local pickup options.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, I only ship within the United States.

What if something arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please reach out within 7 days of delivery using the contact form or by messaging me on Instagram. I’ll make it right!

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the handmade and small-batch nature of most items, returns and exchanges aren’t accepted. That said, I always want you to be happy with your order — so contact me if there’s ever an issue!
